Birth Doula Support

Someone in your corner, from first questions to first hours.

DONA trained doula advocacy for women who deserve to be seen, heard, and supported through every moment of birth.

What support looks like

Continuous, unhurried presence

Not a checklist — a companion who knows your preferences and holds the room while you labour.

Before

Prenatal visits

Two unhurried sessions to name your preferences, walk through comfort measures, and build your birth plan together.

During

Continuous labour support

On call from 38 weeks. Physical comfort, informed advocacy, and a steady voice for as long as it takes.

After

Postpartum returning

A follow-up visit for feeding, rest, and processing your birth story — plus mindfulness tools for the weeks after.

How we begin
1

A free consultation

Thirty minutes, no pressure. We meet and you decide.

2

Your preferences, named

We write down what matters to you, in your words.

3

On call, then present

From 38 weeks I'm reachable, and with you when labour begins.

4

A gentle return

We revisit your story together and settle into what's next.

Gentle answers

Questions women ask first

Is a doula the same as a midwife?

No. Your midwife or physician cares for the clinical side of birth. I hold the emotional and physical side — continuous comfort, information, and advocacy — so you're never making decisions alone.

When should I reach out?

Whenever you're ready. Most women book in the second trimester, but a later start is welcome — there is always time to feel supported.

What if my birth doesn't go to plan?

Then I'm still with you. Support isn't tied to one outcome — it's staying beside you, keeping you informed, and making sure your voice is in the room whatever the path becomes.

Women who didn't navigate it alone

Notes from mothers and partners Beverly walked beside.

I just wanted you to know i absolutely appreciate you being there throughout the process of bringing my bundle of joy into this world, i definitely needed that extra support and boost to get through it. I'd recommend you to everyone and if i ever decide to do this again i will definitely reach out to you first. Thanks a lot

I am incredibly grateful for all your support. You were an invaluable help during labor, and I truly appreciate everything you did. Your presence, support, and knowledge made the entire birth experience so much easier. I was terrified of that day, but having you there helped both my husband and me feel calm and confident throughout the entire process. We are so grateful for everything you did for us.

Beverly was amazing. She really helped me through my labor process. It was pretty difficult at times. I couldn't have done it without her.

Beverly was amazing. She stayed up all night to take care of my wife and make her feel comfortable. Best care. Lucky to have her help.
